Workforce Education
The Division of Workforce Development Education serves the needs of students in applied technology programs at M-DCPS adult, skill, and technical education centers. Applied technology or vocational training, includes a wide range of postsecondary certificate programs for adults or co-enrolled high school students. Our division works in coordination with the regional workforce board and other key stakeholders to address the education and training needs of welfare recipients, unemployed or dislocated workers, and other disadvantaged or low-income populations.
